Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets at the Cascades Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (or on the 1st Tuesday if the 2nd is a holiday). The meeting starts at 7pm and lasts until 9pm. During the pandemic, we're meeting online.

Residents are invited to attend and provide input.

Minutes are available to all homeowners in the Sentry CommunityPro® Portal, look under “Information Center” at Association Records→Community Information→Meeting Minutes.

4th Pool Pass Date: Saturday, June 27

We'll be issuing pool passes this Saturday June 27th from 1pm through 2pm.

If you have a pass from last year (one with a bar code on the back), it's still good. You do not need a new pass.

The passes have your picture on them, so you need to be present to have your photo taken. Please bring with you proof of identity (e.g., driver's license) and of it doesn't have a Westerley address, a lease, utility bill, etc. with your Westerley address.
