2014 Budget Meeting

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets at the Cascades Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (or on the 1st Tuesday if the 2nd is a holiday). The meeting starts at 7pm and lasts until 9pm. During the pandemic, we're meeting online.

Residents are invited to attend and provide input.

Minutes are available to all homeowners in the Sentry CommunityPro® Portal, look under “Information Center” at Association Records→Community Information→Meeting Minutes.

2014 Budget Meeting

The board will be holding a special meeting to discuss & approve the 2014 budget.

When: 7pm, Monday, Nov. 25
Where: Sterling Public Library (120 Enterprise Court)

There will be an open session at the start of the meeting, where any members in attendance will be given an opportunity to speak. The topic of meeting (including the open session) is limited to the budget.
