Welcome to Westerley. Here are a few key things you'll want to know.
- When is trash & recycling pickup?
- Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday morning. Recycling and yard waste pickup is Tuesday morning. Please put cans out after 6pm the night before. Trash pickup is currently provided by Trash Away; see their inclement weather page for updates in case of snow storms, etc.
- How do I sign up for announcements?
- We normally put announcements on the community email list, which is low-volume (several emails per month). You can sign up at the email list info page. Additionally, our management company has their own email announcements, if you've given them your email address.
- How do I get access to the pool? How much does it cost?
- There is no extra cost to use the pool (it's included in the monthly assessments). Pool passes are issued by volunteers. We normally have a few scheduled sessions before the pool season starts; after it has started, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. - Where do I find my account information
- You can find your account information on Sentry's CommunityPro® PORTAL. If you haven't already signed up, you'll need your account number (which can be found on your coupon book) to sign up.
- Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns?
- We have a professional community manager through Sentry Management, currently Khaila McIntyre. The Property Management page has all the contact information for Sentry. In addition, five of your neighbors serve as the Board of Directors; please feel free to reach out to us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
