Grounds Committee

The Grounds Committee’s main responsibilities include design of the landscaped common areas, including gardens, trees, and turf; regular observation of the landscaping to find problems or potential improvements; evaluation of landscaping contractors’ performance; and handling landscaping comments from fellow residents.
